RESERVATION and CONFIRMATION

1. Independent traveler (hereunder referred to as Client) can make reservation, by email or by fax to KTV Tourist & Trading co (hereunder referred to as KTV Tourist). Reservation must be made minimum 20 days prior to departure of package tours, and minimum 10 days prior to departure of other travel services.

2. KTV Tourist will confirm the tour booking in writing by email or by fax, stating the specifications that are to be fulfilled relevant requirements of the client. Client must be required to reconfirm his/her reservation on the final arrangement that is considered a contract between two parties. Booking will be confirmed on receipt of advance deposit only. Once a deposit is received it is understood that you have read, understood and accepted all our Terms and Conditions

2.1 KTV Tourist requires 50% advance deposit to hold the booking.

2.2 Balance of 50% will be paid upon your arrival by credit card or cash

3. All travel information will be provided with compliments.

TOUR PRICE

1. All tour prices for land arrangement are in US dollars and guaranteed by the validity of contract between KTV Tourist and client. Any changes of price will be noticed to client before departure.

2. Tour prices include: transfer and transportation fee by air-conditioned coaches (04 - 45 seats), hotel accommodations (from standard to deluxe room), meals (with one of Vietnamese, Chinese, European, Thai menus), entrance fee, local guides (and other special expenses required by client) stated in writing between KTV travel and client.

3. Tour prices exclude: entry visa into Vietnam, international and domestic airport taxes, international flights, travel insurance, tip, optional visits, other meals, personal expenses such as drinks, laundry, telephone, portage, excess luggage, luggage insurance, entrance fee for camera, etc.

PAYMENT

1. Payment by credit card is all accepted  but client must notify the method of payment to KTV Tourist as reserving tour /services.

3. Payment is considered as completion when KTV Tourist must receive the full payment on your arrival. Any delay will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.

CANCELLATION AND CANCELLATION FEES

1. Notification of cancellation made by client in writing: e-mail or fax, and must be received by KTV Tourist. Any cancellation made by telephone is not accepted.

2. For package tours:

2.1. For cancellations received within 21 days departure, the following per person cancellation fees apply:

+ 16 - 20 days prior to departure : 10% of total tour price.

+ 08 - 15 days prior to departure : 40% of total tour price.

+ 01 - 07 days prior to departure : 75 % of total tour price.

+ On departure day or later : 100 % of total tour price.

2.2. No refund will be made to client who breaks the journey from the itinerary.

2.3. Cancellation charges also apply to additional reservation of accommodations prior to and after the tour.

3. For other travel services:

3.1. For cancellations received within 15 days of departure, the following per person cancellation fees apply:

+ 08 - 15 days prior to departure : 15% of total tour price.

+ 02 - 07 days prior to departure : 45% of total tour price.

+ 01 days prior to departure : 75% of total tour price.

+ On departure day or later : 100 % of total tour price.

3.2. No refund will be made to client who breaks the journey from the itinerary.

3.3. Cancellation charges also are applied to additional reservation of accommodations prior to and after the tour.

4. In case, clients request KTV Tourist to reserve international or domestic flight: If the flight is requested to cancel by client after ticket is issued, revision fee or airline cancellation charge will be applicable. If an air inclusive tour is cancelled after receipt of air tickets, refund will be processed after return of air tickets to KTV Tourist. KTV Tourist can not assume responsibility for any fees relating to the issuance or cancellation of air tickets.

5. If a tour program is cancelled or charged because of force major (fire, accidents, catastrophe, war, etc) KTV Tourist shall have no liability for refund on damages occurred. However, KTV Tourist will use its best efforts to help client decrease their damages.

REVISION FEES

1. An administration fee of US$ 30 per transaction will be charged for any alteration or revision made to a reservation on the final arrangement.

2. A change of tour date or tour itinerary within 15 days of departure will be treated as a cancellation and new booking, regular cancellation fees apply.

(DISABILITY REQUIRING) SPECIAL ATTENTION.

1. Any disability requiring special attention should be noticed to KTV Tourist at the time the reservation is made. KTV Tourist will make reasonable attempts to accommodate the special needs of disabled client, but it is not responsible for any denial of services by carriers, hotels, restaurants and other independent suppliers.

2. Transportation Company and other carrier employees and representatives may not physically lift clients or assist them on or off transportation vehicles. Client requiring a qualified companion or a person must accompany such assistance hired by KTV Tourist at the client's request.

YOUNG CLIENTS

Clients under 18 years old should be accompanied by adult on the tour departure date.

Children aged 12 or over will be classed as adult.

Children under 12 years old are subject to receive a 25 % discount on the land tour price.

There is no charge for children under 02 years old if their parents take care of them. And no seat, bed and baby foods are provided.

PASSPORTS & VISAS

1. For entry formalities, traveler's passport must be valid for at least 06 months prior to the date of arrival into Vietnam. KTV Tourist will arrange the application for entry-visa of foreign traveler whose tour reservation and full payment are already confirmed.

2. The traveler is required to provide KTV Tourist by fax with the correct personal details including full name, sex, date of birth, nationality, occupation, passport number, date of arrival, date of departure and other requirements.

3. Within 05- 07 days, traveler will receive the reply by fax or e-mail from KTV Tourist and will pay to KTV Tourist for visa application with the acceptance of the Immigration Department.

4. Traveler can be issued entry's visa into Vietnam at the Vietnamese Embassy/Consulate in his country or at the border gate into Vietnam (Noi Bai Airport or Tan Son Nhat Airport). Visa upon arrival fee is paid directly to the Immigration Department.

HOTELS

1. Hotel accommodations are based on twin/double-bed rooms. Reductions for triple occupancy are based on accommodations in room with two single beds. A third bed, generally a rollaway bed, may be requested locally if required.

2. The hotels listed in tour programs will be used on most tours. If a change becomes necessary for any reason, hotel substituted will be equivalent to those categories.

3. Hotels, subject to hotel's availability will meet the requirements of single room and client must pay for single supplement.

MEALS

1. For client keeping a vegetarian diet or being an own diet following his belief, it is required to inform to KTV Tourist as soon as client make a reservation. Client must be charged extra cost for the request of change of dishes or prices of meals after the confirmation of tour program with KTV Tourist.

2. All special requirements of welcome party or of farewell party, required drinks in meals or in transportation must be informed to KTV Tourist for arrangement, and client must pay extra cost.

TRANSPORTS

1. Client will pay the losses or the expenses arisen by the delayed departure time of transports because of the bad weather or the lateness of any client in the group or any cancelation due to flight schedule. KTV Tourist only helps to decrease the losses of the client and will not be responsible for any refund on and liability of damage caused by the delay.

2. The own demands of the client for the high-class transport means such as helicopter, hydrofoil, train with air-conditioner, flight, taxi, traditional sailing boat, etc or the urgent and unforeseen departure should be announced to KTV Tourist in advance. The client will pay the additional expenditures.

LUGGAGE & belongings

Free airlines luggage allowance is two bag person with dimensions not to be exceed 17��x 14�� x 8��. Luggage insurance is recommended. Client is responsible for preservation of his luggage by himself. If his luggage is lost, KTV Tourist will help him contact and inform Lost and Found Office.

KTV Tourist pay no responsibility to any loss of or damage to luggage or any of the client's belongings.

SERVICE INQUIRIES AFTER THE TOUR

1. If after returning from the tour, client wish to inquire regarding any tour services provided, please ensure that all correspondence related to those services is received by KTV Tourist within 30 days after the tour completion date. This will enable KTV Tourist to make a timely investigation.

2. For getting quickly feedback information, please fill out service quality form given by KTV Tourist, and send it back to our tour guide right after the tour completion date. These feedback information from client will be

RESPONSIBILITY

1. KTV Tourist is responsible to client in making arrangements for the tour services offered in this website, including means of transport, accommodation, restaurant, tour guide, sightseeing and other commitments (if any).

2. If the services included in the tour can not be supplied or there are changes in an itinerary because of the case of force major beyond the control of KTV Tourist, the expense will be payable by client. In other cases, KTV Tourist will refund paid expense to them.

3. KTV Tourist reserves the right to make changes in the itinerary or to cancel a tour at any time whenever KTV Tourist reckon it necessary for the comfort, convenience or safety of the our client. KTV Tourist reserves the right to amend the tour arrangement and adjust the tour cost should there be any fluctuation in hotel cost or in transportation cost during holidays such as Christmas, New Year's Day, Lunar New Year's Day, The Liberation of South Vietnam's Day (April 30Th), International Labor Day (May 01St), National Day (September 02ND). KTV Tourist guarantees the tour price against any increase only when the tour fare is paid in full.

4. Vouchers are to be issued by KTV Tourist for all bookings. A copy of the clients itinerary should be enclosed with the vouchers and should reach the clients on arrival or send to client via mail or fax after deposit is completed.

5. Client should strictly abide by the laws and regulations promulgated by the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, including Immigration and Customs Laws and Regulations. KTV Tourist will not be responsible for any liability and penalty due to any violation of regulations of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

7. Only authorized representative of KTV Tourist by a document in writing, is authorized to vary, add or waive any term or condition in this document.
