Baguette & Chocolate is created based on a special project developed to train the youth of the hill tribe minority in Sa Pa and Lao Cai. This project was agreed between Sa Pa People Committee and Samaritan's Purse of Canada.

It is the working place for the youth after being training in Hoa Sua School (A school for disadvantaged youth in tourism field).

Baguette & Chocolate has four comfortable rooms designed in French style, with a nice view and quiet atmosphere. Baguette & Chocolate also has a bar and restaurants serving Vietnamese or Western foods, especially the unique bakery in Sa Pa for international tourists.

Baguette & Chocolate is located in the centre of town, just 5 minutes' walk to Sa Pa Church or Sa Pa cultural Market.
