We have Not Vietnamese Embassy in Our Country, How Can I Do? Can you arrange visa on arrival for me?

Do not worry we can help you to get visa on arrival with worry free, quick and easy under our care. Visitors can obtain a visa upon arrival in Vietnam. We can apply for you to get a visa upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat Airport, Ho Chi Minh City, at Danang airport or Noi Bai international airport, Hanoi. The visa is done by us, an urgent visa on arrival (3 days before arrival) at 75 US$ and a normal 50 US$ both needs 2 passport sized photos.

Please provide the following information for us to apply for your visa.

1) Full name on passport
2) Passport number
3) Date of birth
4) Nationality
5) Date of arrival
6) Flight number and time
7) Fax number where we can fax you or your email address forward to you.

Notes: Please make sure that your passport is still valid for 6 months and contains 2 white pages.
How do I reserve my tours with you?
Making an online reservation with www.keytovietnam.com is easy.

Just complete and send the reservation form making sure that you have given us your e-mail address and a valid credit card number.

As soon as we receive your request we will contact your chosen hotel to confirm the reservation. It is our policy to reply to all requests within 24 hours.

Making a reservation through www.keytovietnam.com requires payment with a credit card.

Do you have tours available at a "XXX" dates ?
Almost our tours are daily departure.To make a booking, you must submit a reservation form and provide your credits card details. Then we process the booking and revert to you within 24 hours.

I don't want to make a reservation online, what can I do ?
You can reserve by phone or by fax : You can call our 24/7 call center hotline at ++ 84.989 898 959 or ++ 84.4.294 4911 or send us a fax using our form at ++84.4.728 1653.
Can I make a reservation through the Tour Opeator or Travel Agent ?
Yes, of course if you would like to make a reservation directly with the tour operator or travel agent you will need to contact them directly.

We are in good position to make the offer, make the booking and run the trip as we are a local tour operator.


What if the preferred hotel is not available?
You will be notified via an e-mail (within 24 hours after placing your order) and we will do our best to suggest you or book an alternative similar hotel according to our experiences.
What is the latest time that I can make my reservation ?
Even if we accept all bookings that are made on the travel date, we can only guarantee bookings made at least 3-working days for days trip and excursions only (not including Sun & Public holidays) before the departure date. Any the earlier you book, the better chance you have to get a confirmed reservation.
